Cancellation Policy

Booking: Book sessions via our online system on our website. Provide accurate contact information for session details and reminders. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your session, accepted through major credit/debit cards and other online payment methods. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the session to avoid charges. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time with no time extension or refund. No-show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full session fee with no refund. Technical Requirements: Ensure a stable internet connection, working camera, and microphone.
